3 Tips to Boost Your Online Reputation 繁體中文
Your reputation online can influence your customers and potential customers. Having an A+ online reputation starts with knowing what’s being said about your brand and continues on with how you respond. We’ve got a few tips to help you manage your online reputation.
1. Monitor the Buzz
Check out what people are saying about your business, keywords, hashtags, employees etc. on Social Media. There are a few programs that we recommend using to help you know when people are talking about you including Google Alerts, Tagboard and SocialMention.
2. Respond to Positive Feedback
Let your customers, and network, know that you appreciate their kind words. By responding or re-posting positive posts from your fans, you are reinforcing their message and sending out grateful and happy vibes.
3 Respond to Negative Feedback
Never delete negative comments. By deleting it, it makes you look like you’ve got something to hide. Instead, respond quickly and appropriately. Offer to help! Not only will this improve your reputation but research shows that 1 out of 3 consumers who receive a retailer response to their online complaint end up re-posting a positive review. In addition, 34% end up deleting their negative review altogether.
